The hotel had pros and cons. While the room needed a reminder for tea and coffee replenishment, it was noisy and had a standard resembling a motel. On the plus side, breakfast was included. The location, though convenient on the way to Jasper from Edmonton, was far from Jasper. The dining was reasonably priced up to $30 and included hot and cold dishes.

The rooms had a lingering smell of smoke, which was disappointing despite being in a smoke-free room. Additionally, finding dirty towels on the back of the bathroom door was not pleasant. However, the room was quite quiet except for occasional noise from the shower above us.

The service was commendable and very helpful, especially accommodating early check-in for our family as we toured the nearby town of Jasper before 2 pm. Despite some negative encounters with individuals like Rahim, the overall service was good, and we even got a better unit on short notice when we expressed dissatisfaction with the initial offer.
