Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had pros and cons. While the room needed a reminder for tea and coffee replenishment, it was noisy and had a standard resembling a motel. On the plus side, breakfast was included. The location, though convenient on the way to Jasper from Edmonton, was far from Jasper. The dining was reasonably priced up to $30 and included hot and cold dishes.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and caring, but there were some issues with the billing process. The location was convenient for exploring the area, and the dining experience offered a good variety of options.
The hotel has some pros like commendable service and a very interesting location close to Jasper National Park, but there are cons like a lingering smell of smoke in the rooms and some disappointments in dining options.
The hotel had nice and big rooms with a fridge and microwave, and breakfast included. The restaurant functioned well and was wonderful. However, the staff are not friendly. The location was quite convenient, close to shops, but sadly too far from Jasper. The dining experience was delicious, with a variety of dishes available.
